Additional surcharge will be required for ‘Walk-Up/Down Stairs’ and delivery to specific areas.

1. Calculated by the weight (kg) of safe(s) and per flight of stairs
2. Each 'flight of stairs’ is considered 10 steps for stairs outside the premises. (and so on)
3. Additional charges (subject to negotiation) will be required for stairs inside the premises, please provide photo or video for negotiation.

 Remarks:     

** Basic delivery - point-to-point delivery to a flat surface [sufficient space is required for delivery]

** Delivery personnel will unload the safe(s) from tailgate truck and deliver it to the floor of your home by wood dollies (sufficient delivery space is needed).

** As a kind reminder, it would be normal if the heavy-duty safe(s) # is scratched and defected during delivery, however it will not affect the product structure and operation. 

【If delivery personnel finds that the number of steps does not match the information provided by the customers at the time of delivery, extra charges will be calculated by the delivery personnel and the company will contact customers for the payment method after.】
