Ordering Information | Stationery Order Delivery & Payment Guide - Wah Chit Stationery Store

Welcome to Wah Chit Stationery Store! To ensure a smooth stationery order experience, please read the following ordering information carefully. We are committed to providing quality stationery products and services. The following terms cover important information including delivery arrangements, payment methods, and return policies.

1. Stationery Order Free Delivery Service

Wah Chit Stationery Co. offers free delivery for stationery orders meeting the specified amount for industrial and commercial building addresses:

Tsuen Wan / Kowloon $400 or above
Hong Kong Island & New Territories $500 or above
Aberdeen / Wong Chuk Hang / Ma On Shan / Sheung Shui / Fanling / Yuen Long / Tuen Mun / Tin Shui Wai $600 or above (excluding remote areas)
Outlying Islands & Remote Areas Subject to quotation

* Kwai Fung area refers to designated buildings near Kwai Fung MTR Station

Stationery Order Delivery Fee

  • A delivery fee of $90 will be charged for stationery orders below the free delivery threshold
  • If the delivery address cannot be accessed directly via elevator, an additional $10 per floor will be charged for each stationery item (no delivery above 3 floors without lift access)
  • Large items and special stationery products may incur additional delivery charges
  • Stationery delivery service is limited to Hong Kong; overseas delivery is currently not available

Please Note: Copy paper, toilet tissue, printer supplies, and special offer items require stationery orders of specified quantities or amounts, or additional stationery purchases meeting the minimum threshold, to qualify for free delivery.

Stationery Order Delivery Time

  • Deliveries are made from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays)
  • Once your stationery order is confirmed, we will arrange delivery as soon as possible
  • Standard stationery delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days (excluding items requiring special order or remote areas)
  • In case of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning, stationery delivery services will be suspended or delayed to the next working day

1a. Stationery Store Pickup

Stationery order customers may also choose to collect their orders at our stationery store:

  • Customers who place stationery orders on our website can select store pickup option
  • We will notify you via WhatsApp / Email when your stationery is ready for collection
  • Please collect your stationery order within 3 days of notification
  • If the stationery order is not collected within the pickup period, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be arranged

2. Stationery Order Payment Methods

Wah Chit Stationery Store offers multiple payment options for your stationery order:

Electronic Payment Octopus / Alipay (subject to approval, immediate payment only)

Electronic Payment Notice: Octopus, Alipay and other non-cash payments are subject to company approval and must be made immediately. Refunds for electronic payments cannot be made in cash.

3. Stationery Exchange Policy

Wah Chit Stationery Store values your stationery order experience. If you encounter any issues with your stationery products, please follow these procedures:

  • If stationery items are damaged or do not match your order, please notify us by phone or email within 3 days of receipt
  • We will arrange exchange or return with your next stationery order
  • When returning stationery items, please retain the complete packaging, all parts, and valid invoice issued by our company
  • If stationery products are damaged or defective, do not attempt self-repair as neither our company nor warranty providers will accept such returns
  • Certain special products and stationery equipment may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and repair, which may take longer
  • If customers order incorrect stationery items due to their own error, we reserve the right to refuse exchange or return

4. Stationery Refund Policy

Regarding stationery order refunds:

  • Refunds are generally not accepted unless stationery items are discontinued or out of stock for an extended period
  • If stationery cannot be supplied due to the above reasons, we will contact customers to arrange refunds or product substitution

5. Stationery Order Discounts

Wah Chit Stationery Store offers special discounts on stationery orders for qualifying organisations:

  • Schools: Primary, secondary schools and kindergartens enjoy special stationery order pricing
  • Charitable Organisations: Registered charities enjoy special stationery order pricing
  • Non-Profit Organisations: Non-profit organisations enjoy special stationery order pricing

6. Disclaimer

Wah Chit Stationery Store reserves the right of final interpretation of all stationery order terms and conditions. In case of any disputes, Wah Chit Stationery Store shall have the final decision.

How do I confirm my stationery order was successful?

After completing your stationery order, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact our stationery store to check your order status.

Can I modify my stationery order?

If you need to modify your stationery order, please contact us as soon as possible after order confirmation. Once stationery has been dispatched, orders cannot be changed.

Can I specify a delivery time for my stationery order?

Yes. When placing your stationery order, you may indicate your preferred delivery date and time slot (morning/afternoon). We will try our best to accommodate your request.

Can corporate stationery orders be paid on monthly terms?

Yes. Corporate customers can apply to open a monthly credit account with our stationery store. Once approved, you can enjoy monthly billing for your stationery orders.
